WHY “DIVERSE”?
I started this business because I wanted to bring a bit of “old school” respect back to the trade. I was seeing too many customers treated like ATMs by big franchise companies, being charged call-out fees just to be quoted a massive sum for work they didn’t understand or often didn’t even need.
I wanted to build a company where:
- The advice is always honest.
- The price is fair and confirmed before works commence.
- The work area is left clean and tidy, you shouldn’t know we were there.
- The clients know we are called Diverse Plumbing because we have the skills and expertise to handle everything from a delicate heritage renovation in Geelong West to a septic dig-up in Little River.
