Gave a call with an issue with our water pump (we are on tank water) not working correctly. Matt came out to trouble shoot. Was able to track down issue and repair. was also able to identify some other issues that needed attention and had everything on board to repair. Polite and pleasant to deal with

Had Mat out this week to look at a leaking shower and a blocked kitchen sink. Great communicator, confirmed our booking, and arrived when he said he would. Talked us through the issues and possible causes as he went. The sink ended up being a much bigger job than anticipated (and I hadn't actually booked it in as it popped up in the couple of days before he came), with removing some of the cladding on the house and using cameras, but he was prepared with all the right tools, and it wasn't a hassle. Additionally, on his invoice he added a full summary of everything he did and the recommendations and risks for the future - so very helpful for us to be able to read back on if we need down the track. We would highly recommend Diverse plumbing. We will use again! Thank you Mat
